1.4 Right to Close Accounts
fly99 may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in the following cases:
- If false information is provided or fraud is detected.
- If multiple accounts are operated.
- If the bonus system is abused.
- If any clause of these Terms is violated.
- If there is an attempt to harm other members or the platform.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
2.1 Accepted Payment Methods
fly99 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). Transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted — all transactions must be made from the member's own verified account.
2.2 Minimum Amounts
- Minimum deposit (all methods): ৳300
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
Transactions below these limits cannot be processed.
2.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
Once all required verifications are complete, withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. In some cases, additional security checks may take longer.
2.4 Transaction Rejection
fly99 may reject or delay transactions in the following situations:
- If identity verification is incomplete.
- If money laundering or financial fraud is suspected.
- If bonus conditions have not been met.
- If there is an ongoing dispute on the account.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
3.1 Welcome Bonus
fly99 offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500.
- Deposit ৳8,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus — total balance ৳13,000.
3.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance.
Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.
3.3 Bonus Terms of Use
- Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be moved to another account.
- If bonus abuse or manipulation is proven, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
- fly99 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers under special circumstances.
- Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
3.4 VIP Program
fly99's VIP program has three tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Game Operations & Fair Play Policy
4.1 Random Number Generator (RNG)
All games on fly99 operate on fully certified Random Number Generator technology. Results are completely impartial and unpredictable. The platform does not influence the outcome of any game.
4.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:
- Using any software, bots, or automation tools to play games.
- Collusion (cheating in cooperation with other players).
- Abusing the bonus system or promotional offers.
- Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the game software.
